Chicken Teriyaki


60 minutes (Includes Prep Time)


 Asparagus: 2 Pieces

Mushrooms: 4 Pieces

Salt: To Taste

Pepper: To Taste

Carrot: 1/2 Shaved

    Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp

     Chicken Tenderloins: 4 Pieces

      Snow Peas: 2 Cups

  Red Bell Pepper: 1/4 Sliced

      Orange Bell Pepper: 1/4 Sliced

     Yellow Bell Pepper: 1/4 Sliced

      Green Bell Pepper: 1/4 Sliced

Teriyaki Sauce from Scratch

Soy sauce: 1/2 Cup

Sesame Oil: 1/2 Tbsp

 Garlic: 1/2 Tbsp

Ginger: 1/2 Tbsp

Corn Starch: 1 Cup

Light Brown Sugar: 3 Tsp


  Rice: 1/2 Cup

   Water: 1/3 Cup

Butter: 1 Tsp

 Cooking Instructions

1. First Make Your Chicken

-Place Olive oil in pan on medium heat

-Add chicken, salt, and pepper to pan for Approx. 10 mins

-Turn off burner and set aside

2. Next, Make Your Sauce

-Cut & dice ginger & garlic

-Place sesame oil and soy sauce in pan on low-medium heat

-Add ginger & garlic, corn starch, & brown sugar

– Whisk mixture.

3. Add your vegetables

-Chop & slice all vegetables except Snow Peas (Bell Peppers, Mushrooms)

-Transfer vegetables & chicken to sauce mixture.

-Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

4. Make Your Rice (Uncle Ben’s Rice Recipe)

-Combine rice mixture & cook on medium for 20 minutes

-Stir occasionally
