2 hours (Includes Prep Time)


Olive Oil: 1 Dash

Salt: To Taste

Cumin: 2 Dashes

Pepper: To Taste

Chili Powder: 3 Dashes

Yellow Onion: 1/2 Onion

Ground beef: 1 LB

Dark Kidney Beans: 1 Can

Mild Rotel: 1 Can

Tomato: 1 Whole

Green Pepper: 1 Whole

Cheese (Optional Topping)

Green Onion (Optional Topping)

 Cooking Instructions

1. In pan, add Dash of olive oil

2. Add onion to pan to sautee’

3. Add Ground Beef and cook until brown or juice runs clear

4. Place Crockpot on high and add olive oil

5. Strain excess liquid from kidney beans

6. Dump all ingredients crockpot and mix with spoon

7. Cook on high for 120 minutes, enjoy!
