Collard Greens


3 hours (Includes Prep Time)


Pepper: To Taste

Garlic: 1 Tsp

Yellow onion: 1/4 Cup

Ginger: 1 Tsp

Olive Oil: 1 Tsp

Apple cider vinegar: 1 Tsp

Cayenne pepper: 1 Dash

Bud Light Lime: 1/2 Cup Beer

Louisiana Hot Sauce: 3 Dashes

Turkey leg: 1 Whole

Fresh Cooked Bacon: 7 Pieces

Collard Greens: 3 Bunches

Kale: 2 Bunches

 Cooking Instructions

Place fresh bacon onto pan and cook through

Place olive oil, garlic, onion, and ginger into crockpot on high

Cook those ingredients for about 5 minutes

Add turkey and and cook for 10 minutes

Add 2 cups of water

Prep the ingredients such as cutting the stems off Collards and chopping up with Kale

Add the rest of the ingredients(Bacon, Collards, Kale, Etc)

Cook on high for 3 hours while stirring occasionally and enjoy!
