 Ingredients

“Fried Onion Rings*

Vegetable Oil: 3 Cups

Yellow Onion: 1 Whole

Panko & Italian Bread Crumbs: 2 Cups

Flour: 2 Cups

Eggs: 2 Whole

*Cheese Sauce*

Salt: To Taste

Pepper: To Taste

Butter

White mushrooms

 Yellow Onion

 Heavy Cream

Milk

Chardonnay

  Medium Cheddar Cheese

*Vegetable*

 Green Beans: 2 Cups

*Protein*

Bacon: 5 pieces


 Cooking Instructions

*Fried Onion Rings*

1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees

2. In a skillet, add vegetable oil and place on medium-high heat

3. Meanwhile, crack 2 eggs in bowl, flour in second bowl, and breadcrumbs in third bowl

4. Slice onion into ring form and dip into eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs

5. After gathering desired amount, place into vegetable oil for frying

*Cheese Sauce*

1. In a pot, make cheese sauce

2. Add butter, yellow onion, and mushrooms to pot

3. Braise for 2 minutes

4. Add Heavy cream, milk, and chardonnay

5. Cook those liquids for another 2 minutes in pot

6. Add medium cheddar cheese

*Vegetable*

1. Prepare green beans by chopping off ends

2. In pot, place green beans and bring to a boil

*Protein*

Cook bacon in skillet as desired

*Everything*

1. Place oven on 350 F degrees

2. Strain green beans and place in glass pan

3. Add cheese sauce and bacon to green beans

4. Mix together and sprinkle medium cheese on top

5. Cover glass pan with aluminum foil

6. Place in oven for 25 minutes

7. Remove aluminum foil and leave in oven for 10 more minutes

8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
